  1. How long are shipping times?

Your products will ship within one to five days of your order, and then take up to two weeks to reach your doorstep.

 

  1. What's your return policy?

FiveSeas will accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label. We do not accept exchanges of any kind. 

Return requests must be initiated within 5 days of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 5 days of submission to qualify for a full refund. (If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date.)

  • Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are may decline.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. 
  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item. 

 

  1. Can I cancel my order?

An order cannot be canceled if it's already in processing status or shipped.

An order can usually be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, but it is not guaranteed. If an order can be canceled.

Also, Cancelations are possible if you do not receive your package within the timeframe specified for each individual product

 

  1. What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply notify us, and we’ll give you a refund.

 

  1. Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you expected, just let us know and we’ll get you a new one.
