At FiveSeas Shop, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.


Return Policy:

  • We have a 5-day return window, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a return:
    • Your item must be unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.
    • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.

 

How to Start a Return:

  • Contact us at support@fiveseas.shop to initiate a return.
  • If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions.
  • Items sent back to us without a return approval will not be accepted.

⚠️ Orders returned without meeting the above criteria may be declined.


Return Shipping Costs:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.


Damages and Issues:

  • Please inspect your order upon receipt.
  • If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate and correct the issue.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:

  • Sale items, promotional offers, and gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.


Exchanges:

  • We do not offer direct exchanges.
  • If you received the wrong item, we will send a replacement after evaluation.


Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.
  • Please note: It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
